The program of the Adriseismic Slovenian Local Workshop
ZAG, the Slovenian national building and civil engineering institute, organized the local workshop.
After the registration of all the participants, Maja Kreslin presented the Adriseismic project and its previous activities.
After the introductory greeting, Petra Triller, presented the activities and results of WPT1: Harmonization of regulative and incentive based approaches was the title of the presentation. In particular a brief presentation of all 23 GPs for all topics, followed by a detailed presentation of most interesting GPs.
Feedback about most of the topics: a lot has already been done in Slovenia, we have enough professional achievements, there were also already few attempts to enforce some documents, but the process stops at the level when something needs to be brought into force through politics mainly due to financial issues.
Jure Snoj presented the third part of the meeting dedicated WPT2. Establishing the ADRISEISMIC methodology for the reduction of seismic vulnerability.
In the end Katja Slanc presented the activities and results of WPT3: Innovative training packages for enhancing skills and expertise for tackling seismic vulnerability.
